The present general terms and conditions regulate the relationship between the Customer and skull-jewels.com and motorradschmuck.de for the purchase of products available on the Site.

Product Availability
All the Products are subject to the availability at the time of the order.

All jewellery listed on skull-jewels.com and motorradschmuck.de is available in 925 sterling silver, however items are also available in:
333 (8KT), 585 (14KT) or 750 (18KT) gold.

Copyright Protection
With few exceptions the jewelry offered here is individually designed and crafted and therefore falls directly under the copyright law as the creative property of Ulrich Ehlers. This protection according to copyright law begins during the preparation phase of a piece of jewelry and therefore requires no explicit registration. The buyer accepts and recognizes these rights with the purchase of an item. Altering, copying, reproducing and the circulation of any item purchased on one\'s own account is expressly forbidden.
Prices
All prices on the Site are stated in € Euro and they include any Vat and applicable taxes. The prices are not comprehensive of the shipping and delivery charges.
skull-jewels.com and motorradschmuck.de uses it\'s best endeavor to ensure that all pricing information on the Sites is accurate, but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a Product shall occur, skull-jewels.com and motorradschmuck.de will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order.
The ownership of the Product purchased on the Sites will be transferred to Customer at the moment of the delivery on condition that skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de has received the payment for the entire value of the goods . In any event the risks of damages and or loss of the Product are transferred to the Customer at the time of the delivery.
Ordering a Product
The details and the price of the Product are detailed in the single page of each Product listed on the Sites.
To purchase the chosen Product the Customer shall complete, following the instruction indicated on the Sites, and send to skull-jewels.com and motorradschmuck.de, the online purchase form. The Customer shall add the Product to the "shopping bag" and after having reviewed and accepted the shipping expenses, the Terms and Conditions and the general cancellation policy. The Customer shall then choose the manner in which he/she wishes to pay and the shall proceed to the option "purchase/buy".
Shall the Customer need to amend or modify the data inserted in the order placed, Customer shall follow the proper procedure for the amending of the order as indicated in the Site before submitting the order. Moreover the Customer may amend or modify the number of Products he/she wishes to purchase, adding or deleting one or more Products from the shopping bag.
Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement entered by and between skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de and the Customer shall be considered completed and duly entered by the Parties at the time in which the order is duly submitted by the Customer. The order submitted by the Customer shall be binding for skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de only if the entire purchase procedure has been duly and correctly completed without any error or traced by the Sites. skull-jewels.com and motorradschmuck.de are not responsible for any eventual errors caused by the technical malfunctioning of the Customer\'s internet connection service.
By submitting the order to skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de the Customer acknowledges and states that he/she has reviewed and accepted all the indications provided in the purchasing procedure and he/she entirely accepts the present Terms and Conditions.

The Customer shall immediately verify the content of the e-mail and shall notify immediately Gucci of any error or other mistake.

Shipping and Delivery
Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
For each order completed on these Sites, skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de will issue an invoice for the shipped Products, sending it via e-mail or togethe with the order to the Customer. For the issuance of the invoice we will refer to the data provided by the Customer. Once the invoice has been issued no modification of the same will be possible.
The shipping and delivery expenses are to be borne up to an order value of EUR 150.00 by the customer and are clearly indicated in the online form. The shipping and delivery expenses may vary depending on location and on the type of shipment requested (i.e. express overnight etc.) Starting from EUR 150.00 + 1 order value is forwarding expenses-free the supply.
All the products will normaly be shipped via German Post.
skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de are not responsible for unpredictable delays, notwithstanding that, except for cases of Force Majure, the Product(s) will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days following the day after the submission to skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de of the order by the Customer. Unless other specified by the wait time specified on the order
Return and cancellations
skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the Customer. skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de will refund the entire cost of the Sterlingsilver Product(s) that are returned by the Customer not worn, not used and not damaged and accompanied by relevant the invoice.
It is not possible to cancel orders with goods of gold or custom made jewelry.
The refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
The purchased goods may be returned within maximum 30 (thirty) days from the delivery date.
The delivery cost are not refundable.
All the delivery expenses for the return of the Products shall be borne by the Customer: each and any cost borne by the Customer for the return is not refundable.
skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de reserves the right to refuse the return of those Products that do conform to the prevision of the above paragraph.
Each delivery contains easy to follow instructions for the return of the Products.
skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de, undertakes to promptly refund the Customer within (30) thirty days from the written order cancellation request and receipt of the goods.
skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de recommends to use a courier for the return of the Product(s) in order to allow the tracking of the shipment.
skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of those Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged.

Exchanges
The exchange of an item purchased the Sites, involves an easy two step process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by skull-jewels.com or motorradschmuck.de in original condition. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client\'s responsibility. Guarantee
